Hosting terms
The contractual framework for using Imperial Hosting services.
Service scope
Imperial manages accounts, billing, subscriptions, provisioning, capacity, and lifecycle operations. Imperial Game Panel provides runtime controls including console, files, databases, backups, startup variables, and SFTP.
Recurring billing
Purchases create recurring subscriptions using the price and interval shown at Checkout. Final cancellation, refund, proration, tax, and grace-period rules require approval before live sales.
Acceptable use
Customers must not use services for unlawful activity, abuse, attacks, malware distribution, unauthorized access, or workloads that threaten platform stability. A complete acceptable-use policy remains a launch gate.
Suspension and deletion
Services may be suspended for payment failure, security incidents, or policy violations. Cancellation and deletion are separate lifecycle events, and the portal will show scheduled dates where applicable.
