How Imperial Hosting plans to handle account, billing, and hosting operations data.
Data we process
Account identity and preferences, Stripe billing references and synchronized status, hosting configuration and lifecycle history, support context, and security/audit events.
Provider boundaries
Stripe processes payment details; Supabase provides identity and application storage; Imperial Game Panel manages server runtime. Imperial does not expose provider secret keys to browsers or store raw card details.
Security and access
Customer records are ownership-scoped, administrative access is permission-based and protected by two-step verification, and sensitive operator actions are audited.
Retention and requests
Final retention periods, deletion exceptions, regional disclosures, subprocessors, and privacy-request procedures require legal approval before customer launch.
